No hot water for 2 days wasnt really good enough. Phoned to get it repaired but didnt get any action while we were there. Did receive a SMALL refund. Good view of lake but building going up in front of it so that will soon be gone sadly.

All outdoor furniture dirty and or broken. Outside areas dirty. Toaster broken, no bin bags, generally poorly maintained
