The location was in a social house or probably in a rehabilitation center as per confirmed by a local neighbour. No air-condition only a fan which exhaust needs to be placed outside of the window. The area was really dangerous and full or drug dealer as well as people are on drugs. It did not felt safe to be walking around the apartment. At night time we had to walk trough a group of crack addict people and dealers to able to get to the apartment gate. It was really scary. In the morning there were 8 drug addict people waiting for the gate to be opened. The toilet seat was broken and not fitted properly. The window couldn’t be opened as there were scaffolding everywhere.

Central location

No information about place being in narrow street, had to walk with heavy luggage up 4 floors whereas we could have dropped the luggage closer by, staff tried to charge a "late fee" whereas he never informed about maximum check-in time, apartment extremely basic, no reception, way too expensive for value.
