"Atrocious property ownership"

Room was very dirty and full of fruit flies, mosquitos and roaches. Had to clean the floors myself. Property management didn't believe our complaints. They then charged me $50 3 weeks after my stay as they claim a kettle was taken... yeah, we never took any kettle from the dump of a place. Absolute scam. Never ever book here.

"Disappointed, it wasn’t the vacation I expected."

Was clean, great location, beautiful view.

A little narrow for a family of 4, full beds are uncomfortable for me (small), the walls were so thin you could hear every sound from the room next door, the wi-fi does not work properly, the elevators took up to 20 minutes during the day, we had to use the stairs from the 11th floor several times, strong odors in common areas, pool under repair.

"Very good"

It was nice and clean! Smal but it was all we needed. Easy and good servise from the 24/7 desk!

The elevator was very crowded! We had to wait 10-20minuts almost every trip! One time i walked down the stairs in stead from the 12th floor.
