Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorization on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancelation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, extra guests will be charged. In case of nonsocial behavior or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress.
