The apartment was very beautiful, neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was excellent, practically in the Ruka village. Owners were very helpful.

Great location, Amazing Apartman

The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to thr Ruka Village. Enough space to accommodate 3 people. Very warm inside which is great considering how cold it is outside, also a large dryer to dry any clothing.

We struggled to get some of the appliances working, most instructions were in Finnish. Managed to get the cooker and the washing machine working but still struggled with the dishwasher.

This accommodation was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The owner cannot be surpassed when it comes to greediness and unfriendliness. First of all, you need to clean by yourself when you leave. That alone should make you suspicious. Nevertheless when I arrived I found dirt everywhere, the oven was completely dirty, I found dust and hair on the surfaces and it was not clean overall. It felt like the owner didn't care at all about the place. Like you should clean even better then you found the place, since the cleaning instructions are crazily long. The owner also randomly makes the fees higher. On the website the bed linen cost 15 euro and he suddenly wanted to charge 18. And the cleaning penalty is something around 150 Euros. The bedlinen were just thrown into the room in a plastic bag. Like thw owner just wants your money but cares as little as he can about your stay. You should also bring the bed linen to the house keeper so that noone needs to care about this apartment and you are the cleaning team. Additionally there were no instructions in englisch for the washing machine so I couldn't use it. The dishwasher also didn't turn on (no instructions in englisch) The PlayStation didn't work aswell. All in all, you feel like a walking money bag. The owner is very impolite, doesn't want to take any responsibility and just wants more and more and more money without any effort. It was one of the most greedy, unwelcoming and disgusting places I have ever stayed in. Please check the attached pictures. I would advise you to spend a few euros more for a normal hotel (since the sauna is quite small and has a rather cheap quality heater)
