Hut In The Glade, Shepherds Hut with Hot Tub

In an amazing location, away from the world. Me and my partner have stayed in a similar style of Shepards hut before, but the facilities and cleanliness here were of a much better standard! Everything is well thought out, there isn't anything that Nessa doesn't supply - even arrived to Prosecco and a beer! We willl 100% be back 😁

Could do with slightly better lighting around the outdoor Bath if you're wanting a late night soak.

Lovely views, only noise at night is nature, log fire etc......

Honestly, there wasn't much not to like.....I'm going back for sure.

The hut was incredibly beautiful, host was very friendly, it was peaceful and even better than we expected it to be would definitely go back and recommend.

This is the ideal location for a getaway. The surroundings are beautiful and the hosts are so friendly and helpful.

It was perfect

Everything was perfect the hosts had thought of everything. There was even a small care package full of little treats and different breakfast cereals. We were arriving late and the host had lit the hot tub ready for our arrival. We will definitely be booking again and recommending to friends.

Absolutely everything. The view was absolutely fantastic at all angles. The decor was so perfectly matched and for such a compact size I think it's been layed out perfectly. The fact I'm from a busy town and you're just sat there next to the fire and can hear a car from 3 miles away because it is so quiet is fantastic and the amount of animals (birds, rabbits etc) is fantastic. The package that you get given and the Prosecco was a fantastic touch and the amount of wood you get is brilliant (there is always more if needed) All in all we are home 2 days and already thinking about what date we're going back!! As stated there is absolutely no reception what so ever at the hut but it's well worth the quiet 🤫 Many thanks Nessa + Alastair from Jamie and Emma for the fantastic weekend away and see you again soon.

The only thing I do have to mention is the size of the fridge. As there is a BBQ on site we thought we would get enough meat for the weekend but unfortunately we couldn't fit all this in as we also needed to put milk in there too. Luckily it was quite a cold night for alcohol side of things. Definitely not a big issue but we quickly realised we had brought too much.

We loved the tranquility and the immersion in nature in the cosy little hut! This was the ultimate getaway from the busyness of our everyday life and had a great time returning to the amazing hot tub each day after hiking in the area. All the thoughtful touches inside the hut made us feel at home (or even better than at home!)
