Peaceful and Secluded, yet so close to town!

Nice and cozy but also modern and tastefully decorated. Immaculately clean. Had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed the quiet secluded location yet close to town. House was exactly as described and the same as seen in the photos. Victoria is a great host, very prompt with communication and providing instructions for checking in. Near new house with really comfy beds and sofa, great view from the living room windows (cherry blossom and snowy mountain, I felt like in Japan). Sufficient heating options and nice gas log fire to sit by. Great as a base to head to the two close by ski resorts, bypass the town traffic. Beautifully landscaped house (development). Instant coffee and tea bags provided which had a welcoming feel.

Would become perfect score if housekeeping could be just a tiny bit more thoughtful, by providing some wipes, dishwashing sponges and sufficient cleaning detergents. The dishwasher's spouts were blocked so the dishes were not cleaned properly. I gave the spouts and food trap a good clean, the dishes finally came out clean. The glass cleaning detergent bottle had so little in it that I could not spray out for cleaning of the cooktop. It would be lovely to have some cleaning tools available for guests.
