The unit was very comfortable for two people, and was well supplied with all the basics necessary to self-cater.

While the place was great, and was in a very convenient location, unfortunately it was VERY obvious that someone had been smoking in the unit. The place reeked of 'ashtray' whenever the doors and windows were closed. It was actually nauseating. Also, several crockery items were badly chipped, which is a hygiene and safety issue.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better, super central with easy parking right on site. The house itself was beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly cosy, it had everything we needed and more. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it comfortable for guests. And the highlight, Definitely the heated toilet seat, a small luxury that made a big difference on those chilly days! Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Located outside the CBD of Christchurch. Street parking was no problem. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen fully equipped, although the working space on the bench top is a bit limited. Washing machine / dryer combination under the stairs. Free WiFi.

The bathroom ventilation above the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in years, telling by the dust that had accumulated on it. And the bathroom sink turned out to be clogged. After use it would take about a minute for the water to slowly drain out, leaving dirt residue in the sink.

Location good.

Bedroom was stuffy. Could do with a heat pump upstairs.

Close to the city centre, secure and comfortable.

Couldn't get the heat pump to work properly, it was cold air coming out. So I had to leave it off, pretty cold in the evening. The sink in the bathroom filled up and drained very slow.
