Clean, comfortable and a convenient location.

Often noisy at times outside, especially in the morning. I also believe the boiler was located in my room so it was very loud anytime water was running. The water pressure from the tap also was poor unless the shower was used recently.

Die Lage war gut. Das Prinzip der Unterkunft ist wäre auch gut wenn man sich darum kümmern würde.

Bei unserer Ankunft hat die Dusche nur wenig Wasser gehabt, während der Hahn im Badezimmer kein Wasser hatte. Die Klospülung ging mal gut und mal nicht. Auf Nachfrage bei einer anderen Bewohnerin sei dies seit mindestens einem Monat schon der Fall. Due Waschmaschine konnte wegen Wassermangels auch nicht bedient werden.

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente da evitare. Premetto che portare animali domestici è inutile, perché di “compagnia” ce ne sono già fin troppe: infestazione di blatte ovunque. Al nostro arrivo la stanza non era pulita, solo “in ordine”. Un odore sgradevole proveniva da una pianta piena di blatte morte: sollevandola ho trovato altri insetti sotto. Ho dovuto acquistare di tasca mia prodotti per la pulizia, disinfettanti, spray per i cattivi odori, detersivi per pavimenti e lavatrice per poter rendere la stanza appena vivibile. Il giorno successivo, mentre mi preparavo, una blatta gigante ha iniziato a correre in stanza: ne ho trovate due vive e altre morte dietro e sopra l’armadio, con polvere ovunque. Nei giorni seguenti ho visto anche le più piccole, persino nella vasca da bagno, sulle asciugamani e infine l’ultima sera due giganti sulla TV e sotto le scale, nonostante per evitare avessimo zanzariere e porte chiuse! La pulizia, prevista 3 volte a settimana, non è mai stata fatta. Lenzuola annerite, asciugamani mai cambiati per tutta la settimana: ho dovuto lavarli io
