The apartment is bad, has no air conditioning, is dirty and full of insects. I do not recommend it, especially with children.

Architecture, location. Easy car entry ( 2 rewiew mirrors). Beautiful views on the lake. All equipment for comfortable living.

View is beautiful.

- shower facilities were a disaster. One shower area was so small you couldn’t bend to wash your feet. On The other bathroom, shower head was above the bath, but the property couldn’t be bothered to add a shower curtain, so the whole bathroom is soaked wet every time someone takes a shower. - there was no doona cover, which is not hygienic as they don’t wash it between guests. - it is very tricky to leave the property by car because it is a very busy road and it is hard to see the incoming cars on both sides. - furniture is just the remains of unwanted stuff from other people’s places put together, which makes the flat very unwelcoming. - just a note to people reading this review: Tremezzo (where this place is located) is NOT well served by ferries, they stop really early. So if you are in Varenna for the day, for example, you would have to go to another port and from there either walk (a long one through the main road, disputing space with cars zooming past, centimetres from you) or to be lucky enough to find a cab.
