Beach Holiday Apartment - Big Bay Cape Town

The quietness,cleanliness and the view of the beach and its also close to the shops as well and also not far from CBD 15 min drive

To be honest there’s nothing I didn’t like about the place

We liked that it was close to where we needed to be for the week and it was clean

Not well maintained. Bathroom door key and handle broken so you can’t keep the bathroom door closed without the wind blowing it open. Not correct plug type to plug the bedside lamps in. Broken headboard. Incorrect freezer draw doesn’t allow freezer door to close properly

Nothing

Most of the things like a washing machine which were stated there but were not there, we could not even use the braai area because it’s hidden and the community one we were told not to use it by the host because apparently Cape Town there’s high wind although the day I asked it was a sunny day with no wind at all. The place limits you, no cleaners offered every day or atleast to change the towels and sheets so basically you still have to do the cleaning as if you’re are not on holiday of which I wish it was explained to us before hand so we prepare ourselves than having to asked, that affected our time management.

The apartment was very clean, had all the necessities and was very close to all the amenities.
