The property was nothing like the photographs which were on Booking.com. As we arrived at the property we could see the outside was unkept and the electric meter door was hanging off. On entering the building the wallpaper in the hallway was old and stained as were the painted walls. The oven in the kitchen was not clean, there were washing up cloths and a sponge available but all had been previously used. The conservatory had obviously not been cleaned for some time as it was full of cobwebs, dead flies and broken blinds. We were advised the fence was down but it was several panels which meant no privacy in a very unkept back garden. Going up the stairs there were water marks on the walls. Both doors to the en-suite shower, in the main bedroom, were broken and meant the shower could not be used. The main bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was not working which we were advised of, however, tiles were missing from the bath area & it was in a state of disrepair.

A lovely spacious house with plenty of areas for us to sit, lovely quiet area. Excellent parking right outside. Great restaurants around the corner, we went to the Italian and Indian ones and they were both amazing.

Very convenient for shops, the NEC, and Solihull. Big morrisons within walking distance and Harverster and a lovely local Italian restaurant only a stones throw away.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely house and good location, not too far away from town centre. Real home away from home.

Some things needed fixed, but those were outlined before our stay so were to be expected. (Jets on bath, decking) There was a note to say these would be fixed in the spring time.
