"Perfecto para ir sin niños"

La ubicación, limpieza, comodidad y trato.

Está justo encima de un bar y por las noches se escucha bastante ruido. Hay que subir bastantes escaleras y con niños pequeños es complicado

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y del centro de Santa Cruz, y cuenta con un gran equipamiento y detalles que no suelen incluirse, pero que hacen la estancia mucho más cómoda y fácil. Además, la anfitriona es un encanto :)

Beautiful, spacious and very clean apartment in a superb location - close to many restaurants, shops and cafes and an easy walk from the ferry and bus stops. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and many design features make it feel like a real home

"Tolles Apartment nahe am Hafen"

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin Ana ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Apartment wegen der Nähe zum Hafen gewählt. Ein großer Parkplatz ist auch ganz nahe. Unsere Erwartungen wurden zur Gänze erfüllt.

Unter dem Apartment ist eine Bar in der täglich bis 2.00 Uhr morgens lautstark gefeiert wird. Die Fenster sind zwar ganz gut schallisoliert, aber es wird schnell warm in der Wohnung. Wenn man dann nachts öffnet, ist der Lärm sehr störend. Das sollte man vielleicht wissen wenn man da empfindlich ist. Das Apartment kann ich aber trotzdem sehr empfehlen.

Fantástico, desde el principio tuvimos mucha comunicación con Ana Pilar. En todo momento estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto y así resultó. Muchos detalles que hacen que la estancia sea maravillosa. La ubicación genial. Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa.

No podemos poner nada malo.
