"Do not stay here!"

Children enjoyed hot tub

Broken bed in front large bedroom Broken oven- heating element hanging down in oven No curtains in small bedroom and front bedroom and lounge had curtains which did not fit length of windows; no only a light issue but also privacy problems especially with children staying Stained towels Empty glass beer bottles left in bedrooms  Broken toilet seat Blocked bath/shower plug Areas on heavy dirt/poor cleaning Poor finish- mouldy windows/holes where curtain rails are fitted Lovely tv but no aerial so unable to watch as no signal Complained to owners but got no response so had to get booking.com involved; I ended up with a £32 credit note........I'd like my money back!

"Keep the door locked."

The beds were comfortable and the living room was a nice space.

During the course of our stay we had 2 other couples turn up on the doorstep expecting to stay. The accommodation had been overbooked and it was impossible to get in touch with the hosts. This compromised our privacy and safety.

"Awful, shocking experience! Do not book!!!"

Nothing. A joke of a host

My family and I, have eventually found another accommodation after turning up at 22 wilton cresent at 17.10pm today, to find out, the lockbox was empty and that the property was already occupied by another guest who was more than happy to let me know about his issues with the property and how another couple came to the property after booking what they thought was a nice getaway. So, it seems that this property was triple booked. You stated on the phone, that you sent me an email to tell me of this "double booking". This was simply not true. I received this email at 17.20pm. Whilst I was on the phone to you. We spoke from 17.13pm until 17.21pm. I have the phone call log for confirmation. So, this was quite evident, you sent that email whilst speaking to me on the phone. We had to pay taxi fare of £6.90 from Southampton station to the property. And a further £5.92 from the property to Travelodge Southampton central. We had to search for another accommodation in the rain with our 10-year-old son. We've had to pay an additional £50.99, for a local Travelodge. Which I can provide evidence of booking at 18.04pm. You offered no apology or alternative accommodation or even suggestions for nearby, suitable accommodation in these bizarre, and quite frankly, unprofessional circumstances. I am seeking a full refund of the cost of the property and compensation of the costs incurred and for our inconvenience due to your negligence in this matter.

There was nothing to dislike the whole apartment was beautiful suited for our family with activites to keep everyone busy. Felt like we was right at home
