The best part about the place was definitely the location, the view, and hanging out on the balcony.

Excellent property. Well decorated and well furnished. Great contact and responded to anything we needed immediately. And was kind enough to respond to any needs that we might have had throughout our day. Highly recommend!

it was all really good except two things: 1. the building and its general area: really dirty and unplesant 2. it was really cold inside the apartment. we first thought the AC will handle it but then found out it does not warm up and just cools. we were left with some electric heaters and not enough bed covers as some of them were really thin. asked the host and they answered someone is going to bring more but that never happened.

My stay at this apartment was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price paid. Main issues: - Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable. - Mobile network signal inside the apartment was poor. - The windows were not properly sealed, causing constant and loud wind noise, especially at night. - The elevator was in very poor condition, extremely small (only fits 2–3 people at a time), which is completely impractical since the apartment is on the 15th floor. - The building and apartment entrance were poorly maintained and gave a very bad first impression. The WC (toilet) was below acceptable standards and clearly needs maintenance. - On the roof, many chairs were broken and the soft seat cushions were missing, making the area uncomfortable and unusable. In addition, communication with the owner was unacceptable. Messages sent through Booking.com were ignored, and the phone numbers provided were mostly unresponsive. I had to call three different numbers multiple times before someone finally answered. Overall, this apartment is overpriced for its condition, facilities, and level of service. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

We liked the size of the living space, the style of the furnishing and the view. The location is excellent- walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and the waterfront. Staff were prompt with requests and obliging. Nabeel is helpful and gracious host. The doorman was a gentleman.

The thing that i liked was the view from the terrace and the huge terrace.

The plumbing of the bathrooms was not ok. There was one day that the toilet of the main bathroom leaked water and had some not nice stuff in it. The host arranged a plumber to come and fix it that day so we hope that it has been solved fully. The toilets or ditches where also smelly. The walls needed some new layer of paintings because the paint was peeling off from some rooms. The elevator was a problem because it got stuck a lot of times and i personally have a phobia of small places. The elevator needs to be renewed or fixed.
