Modern & Elegant Home w/ Netflix and Parking

Everything not much to dislike for the price and area very close to most things, and the owner very cooperative.

The location is amazing. Aldi around the corner and if you don't mind walking it's only 15 minutes to the town centre. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and crockery and if you fancy cooking, has what you need pots and pans wise. The living room is also comfortable although I had to log on with my own Netflix account. If you don't have your own and want to watch the television while staying would be worth asking the hosts if they have an account for the property. The hosts are very accommodating and answered any questions I had quickly.

It is not a proper dislike - but the area, if you are a country bumpkin like me is very inner city but it is clean and quiet. The garden areas could do with a tidy up. It isn't obvious from the posting that this is a shared house with your own lockable bedroom (of which there are 2). As a lady on my own there for 4 nights, I asked if I should be expecting anyone else to arrive. The hosts let me know number of people and expected check in times and kept me updated when a last minute booking was taken. Stopped me being so concerned at midnight when hearing the front door unlock.

Very good communication from the owner regarding our stay, it was in a good spot we thought, and the first time we had been to Leeds. It seemed nice and quiet for us too, I would recommend.

I love the location,love the quietness, love the self checking in procedure.

I do not like the fact that there is no receptionist to answer any question or assist you with anything.i do not like that the TV does not have no spoting channels

Lovely home, great kitchen facilities and modern bathroom. Very clean and tidy. The location is perfect if you travel by coach, as it is only a 15 minute walk from the coach station.

I'd have preferred to know whether the other room was occupied or not during my stay, so I'd known whether I could run into someone in the shared spaces. The bedroom itself was a bit small, but the other spaces that I could use in the house definitely made up for this. Overall great quality for the price. :)

Accommodation was a house share with private comfortable bedroom. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. I was sharing with lovely Thai family. Within easy reach of city centre and St. James hospital.

Accommodation could benefit from wash basin in bedroom.
