Family-Friendly 4 Bedroom House with Private Driveway

Location was good for close access to our family. There was some grocery shopping within walking distance. Paulina is a great house manager and addressed all our questions and concerns quickly.

The house itself was disappointing in many ways: The entire flat needed a good deep cleaning (carpets in particular) and repairs. The entire house was devoid of functional seating. The kitchen chairs were torn and had loose (and dangerous) screws; every chair was wobbly and seemed as though it would fall apart in an instant. Seating in the living room was no better. The sofa is almost impossible to sit on comfortably, given that there was only one back cushion for the entire unit. The two living room chairs not only needed cleaning but were worn down and very uncomfortable. Elsewhere there was broken moulding, old caulking around toilets, and missing knobs on drawers and rickety cupboards. Several window units could not be opened because of broken handles. The kitchen had very minimal utensils and dishes, and many did not look clean. The stove is ancient and no instructions for its use were provided. The fridge/freezer has seen better days. The back yard/garden looks like no one ever takes care of it, and had old and dirty looking clothes racks. The flooring was broken in places and is a potential hazard for anyone who ventures out into the yard. In sum, despite clean linens, the entire unit has clearly not been attended to in a long while at the expense of convenience and comfort to renters.

Nothing as such . Cleanliness was a big zero . Bedsheets had hair on them and I booked it for my brothers family who were visiting us after 12 years . I was ashamed . The previous people had put bins and they weren’t removed before we checked in . They stayed at the front door . Every morning foxes ripped it apart and the stale food smell was awful. I kept reporting it and I was told collection of rubbish is once a week but it should be cleaned before each guests check in . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through this . Instead should book a Good hotel for the value of money

The location was superb! It was easy to find the property, and it wasn't far away from main locations and attractions we wanted to visit. Just 15 min drive from heathrow airport! Nice and clean house we would recommend!

We missed a folder for house rules and information. We struggled with where to throw the rubbish from the house. There could have been a little more kitchen equipment, such as plates, bowls and drinking glasses for 7-8 people. Preferably a toilet brush and dustbin in all bathrooms.

The property was in a great location with a drive also very clean and comfortable great value for money would highly recommend Excellent!!!
