The apartment was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was good for cooking. There was air conditioning in every room and it was well maintained. The balcony was also nice.

There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. Also there was a dishwasher in the apartment but no tabs to put in.

Appartamento nuovo. Ottimo impianto di condizionamento.

Forno a induzione NON funziona. Ore 17 CHECK IN : appartamento sporco, senza lenzuola e asciugamani. Abbiamo protestato ma non volevano mandare nessuno a rimediare la situazione. Abbiamo protestato più duramente e questa volta sono venuti a pulire. Abbiamo atteso le ore 20 per entrare in appartamento. Altri problemi vari, mai risolti tempestivamente ma sempre e solo nei giorni successivi. Parlare con lo staff è irritante, innervosente e inconcludente: una presa in giro.
