The place needed a good clean the kitchen floor had a yellow stain all over the heating was on all the time and the beds was not comfortable,the parking should had said it was on the street with a permit would not stop here again

Really good stay, would visit again.

It was dirty , sticky floors everywhere bedding , my friend got locked in the bathroom and it took a long time to get her out. Luckily we had a joiner with us . It’s fine things happen but it had been reported before to the owners so shouldn’t have happened .

Do not book it, not worth it

Falsely advertised as having free parking and being in the city centre. There is no designated parking, just residential permit for street parking. In our arrival time there were not any spaces and we could not park the car anywhere.

Cosy little apartment - just perfect for our evening out and stay over. Very easy to find - ample parking, with a permit available to use. Easy and convenient to pick up the keys from the drop box outside. Centrally located - just a short taxi ride from town. Wifi available. Lovely little garden area. Comfortable beds - everything nice and clean including bathroom and kitchen. Excellent communication from the host. I would definitely recommend this place and would use again if visiting Leeds in the future.

A lovely little clean house. The contact for the property was very polite and quick at answering any questions by text. We hired both rooms, which meant we had the whole house to ourselves. It was like home away from home.

Nothing ro complain about.

Proximity to city centre

Needed a good clean. Still wine stains on coffee table, skirtings needed clean as did window sill (especially shower room) Garden a mess with litter lying about. Rotten front door frame. There were scent diffusers but they had dried up long ago.
