apartamento bastante sujo cheio de pó e cabelos, cortinas com muito mau aspecto,com cheiro a tabaco e a esgoto pois tanto o bidé como o lavatório estavam entupidos, sempre que usávamos o bidé o WC ficava cheio de agua, reportamos a situação a quem alugou mas de nada adiantou pois não resolveu o problema

The property is spacious for two with an equipped kitchen and a large balcony overlooking some nice gardens. The pool was a bonus! The area that the property is in is nice with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The coffee shop on the corner of the block sells the best coffee we had on Madeira. The airport bus drops you at the Forum shopping centre which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We like walking so chose to walk into both Funchal and Câmara de Lobos which both take around an hour from the property. There is also a regular local bus service.

As other reviews have mentioned, the bed is a little hard but I can’t say it interrupted our sleep much.
