We were impressed with the personal care extended by the manager. We requested some medicinal items as my husband was not well, and to our pleasant surprise, the manager brought them himself directly from the kitchen. It was heartwarming. .Also, we liked the greenery all around .

We had to call to cean up the room.

Gorgeous, sprawling, comfortable luxury. back door opened onto private lounge patio & wrap around pool. The staff is impeccable, friendly, helpful and warm. Excellent service and accomodations! The massage at the onsite spa was exquisite, one of the best ever! The chef & kitchen staff went above and beyond to accomodate my dietary restrictions.

The immediate surrounding area is not walkable, so you need to call a grab- But the sprawling resort is lush with gorgeous trees, plants and flowers. Plenty of area to walk and explore, sit for tea, or relax on the carved wood swing.

Pool very good. Rooms are also very clean and staff behavior is good

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Quality of the food need to be improved. Its not even 60 % mark.
