La luz y la ventilación:. Al ser un quinto piso, se nota. La ubicación: Muy cerca del casco y del centro. Hay un supermercado Día que te dejan llevar el carro a casa y poderlo subir en el ascensor. Entre semana hay sitio delante del apartamento para aparcar el coche. En el Paseo Mingote..El día de playa aparcamos cerca de la playa para poder coger del coche las sillas y la sombrilla. A la hora de marcharnos. pudimos cargar las maletas, debajo de casa.Justo delante de la puerta. Dispones de 15 minutos. Era temprano y estaba cerrado el asador de abajo. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la ropa: Plancha, tabla, de planchar, tendederos... También para prepararte un buen desayuno: Exprimidor zumo, cafetera,tostadora,micro-ondas... La cocina y la habitación doble tienen ventanas que las pudimos mantener abiertas para ventilar. En la sala se está muy a gusto oyendo los pajaritos por las mañanas. El trato con la dueña es excepcional, en cercanía y amabilidad. La decoración muy agradable.

Al ser una buhardilla, en la habitación de al lado de la sala hay que tener cuidado con no darte con la cabeza contra el techo. No tiene vistas a la calle.

"Gran sorpresa en Ribadesella"

La ubicación es fabulosa, cerca de todo y de fácil acceso. El apartamento es antiguo pero muy cómodo y súper limpio. La anfitriona Violeta súper amable. Volvería sin dudas.

Instalaciónes viejas, y está descuidado. La limpieza en general, deja mucho que desear. Menaje de cocina sucio.

"We enjoyed our holiday, and the flat had most things we needed. As I’ve said. The flat needed a bit of investment."

Very central, close to restaurants and bars. Quiet at night.

Nowhere comfortable to sit. Sofa was not fit for purpose and the dining chairs were old and uncomfortable. The owner needs to invest in some new furniture in the living room. The main bedroom had bed lamps but there was nowhere to plug them in.
