Modern Oceanview Condo - Steps to the Beach!

Alles fein, ein schönes Apartment mit allem drum und dran! Sogar Strandsessel und Schirme mit dabei! War toll!

El departamento es súper amplio, moderno y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar una gran estadía. Incluye sillas y sombrillas para llevar a la playa. Las instalaciones del complejo también son muy cómodas y modernas. El gym es súper completo. Parking sin cargo. Excelente zona con ambiente familiar y tranquilo

Estaban haciendo reformas en el frente del edificio, por lo que por momentos había algunos ruidos molestos. Pero el propietario nos aclaró esto de antemano e incluso nos ofreció un descuento. Así que no hay quejas. El parking queda un poco lejos pero nada grave

Clean, spacious, nice view and equipped with everything you need in order to have a good time (beach and pool items, baby crib, chair and even an car seat for infants, a well equipped kitchen, etc). All this combined with an excellent cooperation with the host lead to a wonderful experience!

Nothing wrong with the property but you have to be aware that the location is about 30 min away to the south area of Miami Beach where most of the restaurants and the fun are.

The condo was beautiful and sooo big. The property is even better than the photos show. We used the pool 4 times in two days it was a simple stroll to a lovely beach. We should have stayed longer!

All was perfect.

We loved the location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We also liked the view from the apartment terrace and the extremely comfortable bed. The apartment is bright, clean and has all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay.
