Great apartment for our 10-day stay in Cuenca! We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to many good restaurants, the grocery store, Parque de la Madre, and the historical center of Cuenca. The host was helpful and prompt to meet us both at the beginning and end of our stay. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the living room was a nice location to read and relax.

While we loved the neighborhood, the apartment is very close to the Stadium; several loud concerts and parties during our stay made sleeping a challenge until things quieted down around 2 or 3 in the morning. We were in Cuenca over Carnival, so the area may be quieter during other times of the year. The kitchen could use some new things--such as the water jug holder and containers for storing leftovers--and a deeper cleaning.

Excelente ubicación, todo muy bonito y limpio, cama y almohadas con confort.

Apartment is big and comfortable in a very nice neighborhood.

It’s on the third floor of a building with no elevator. Also, there seemed to be a problem in the bathrooms as there was very little hot water.

Las Instalaciones súper limpias y cómodas

La ubicación, a pocos minutos se encontraban los lugares que queríamos conocer. No íbamos a pie, pero si en carro. A pie si nos podría tomar unos minutos adicionales.

Quizás si estuviera un par de pisos mas bajo sería ideal jeje para no tener que subir las escaleritas después de caminar tanto en la ciudad y subir... pero totalmente manejable ... es tan cómodo el departamento que ya ni lo piensas
