Has an excellent location, don't think it could be better. Clean and nicely furnished. Good functional bathroom and shower. Has a king bed (description says queen). Keyless entry system is convenient. Property manager Scott is easy to work with.

No A/C, was too warm in afternoons and evenings. Parking space is narrow and against a retaining wall; possible with a small car but would be difficult with a large vehicle. Manuals/instructions are needed for dishwasher, W/D, TV, etc.
