The room was nice. Only issue was that there was no running water due to a pipe leakage somewhere in the building so we were unable to shower or use the restroom. Booked 3 nights but had to check out the next morning because of the inconvenience. Though non-refundable, the owner agreed to give me a refund but I have yet to see that money returned to my bank account.

Bottom line is, having no running water is much too inconvenient for a room that was paid for in full ahead of time. Especially for one that is non-refundable. You end up debating if it's worth it to stay, or to check out and most likely lose your money.

Great view. Just the right size for 2. Nice neighborhood.

Ac was a bit noisy when it clicked on. Otherwise very quiet.

"Overall i will recommend this, clean and in great location. TV is good size, complete utensils."

Near uptown mall Requested a cot and was provided, very thankful.

Noise, it is either renovation, building construction or noise that is like some wheeling 30 bins at night, early morning.

"The Unit was great, but some of the staffing need to be re-evaluated; I should have taken a picture of B5!"

Everything about the unit was awesome, I would come back without hesitation.

Trash wasn’t picked up 2x a day as indicated, we couldn’t leave the trash out (per instructions); but when we waited the night before we were to leave between 4 pm and 9:15 pm - NO ONE SHOWED UP. B5 where I brought the trash to at 4:30 am is dingy and had roaches everywhere, I had to look for it because there were no markings; it was not my fault but felt I was punished for their mistake and the guy on duty that night was not helpful at all - I wonder how much the association dues is, whatever it is; it’s too much. We checked out around 4:45 am to catch our flight.

The host was very accommodating. Property was nice and facilities was great. It was on a good location as well and walking distance to a lot of places to visit in the area. Overall 10/10

Parking was a bit far so keep that in mind when you have your own car. Otherwise it's all great.
