Dolphin - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

Loved the large bathroom with large shower area. The towels were very soft and fluffy. Very comfy sofa and great little kitchen with everything we needed. The bedrooms were a good size for a holiday home with ample hanging space ( and hangers).

The tv in the kitchen was lovely but difficult to see from the sofa. I wondered if it was on an arm but I didn’t know how to pull it out. Instructions needed if it does pull out. The pillows on the double bed were awful. Either too firm or lumpy.

Nice apartment although the living room/kitchen would have been too cramped for more than two people (just two chairs and a tiny table which you had to fold out and back again to eat). Very good location near the beach and shops although on a busy road.

Really noisy. The traffic, including buses and lorries, starts early and the bedrooms are on the road front. Very thin walls to the next door apartment - can hear tv etc from the main bedroom so if it is on early/late and you are a reasonably light sleeper, it's not great. The living area/kitchen is small - we were out a lot because the weather was good but it would be harder if it rained/there was more than two people.

On site parking is misleading because it’s in a different street. Also wasn’t told it was an upstairs apartment. Not a problem for us but I think it should be stated when you book

Perfect location for exploring the lovely town and beach.

Location was spot on, good size bedrooms and bathroom, allocated parking a good bonus, well appointed kitchen, garden would be great in summer months

Location was brilliant for accessing everything and having an allocated parking space around the corner was great/a dealbreaker for us. Apartment is beautifully decorated/furnished and well equipped kitchen for self catering providing everything we needed. Really cosy and comfortable little place. We loved having a garden to access on brighter days as meant a bit more space for kids/eating outside etc. We timed it well for foraging summer blackberries!

A little surprised that accommodation for four only had seating for 2 at the table so we couldn’t eat together/had to eat on our knees. The living space is very tight for space so realise fitting four around a table may be a squeeze but better to have the option. No obvious recycling provision was frustrating as we separated recyclables but didn’t know where to put these. In 2024 you hope& expect everyone would be on board with reducing waste!
