The host communicated well. Easy to get around. The host was receptive to feedback like the small things that could be improved. New. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
There are extra things needed It had not been totally cleaned. But hot very receptive.

The premises were very clean and had all the amenities you could want. Correspondence with the owners was excellent with a couple of initial queries. Nice and quiet too. Parking available. The beds were very comfortable. Overall well recommended!
Not a lot to complain about. Extractor fans in both bathrooms were not working and we couldn't get the lounge tv to work at all, but that's a tiny complaint, we weren't there to watch tv. In easy reach to Durham by car but it would be quite a walk away.

Very nice house, well furnished and clean and lots of space. I hadn’t noticed there was a garden when booking so that was a lovely surprise :) Amazing to have free off-road parking and a Co-Op in walking distance.
Everything was great, can’t think of anything I didn’t like - the only suggestion I have would be to supply a hairdryer for guests to use but everything else was more than covered.

Easy access to Durham, plenty of parking and facilities. House is as per the photos. Nice touch to leave snacks and tea and coffee.
We arrived as planned for check in at 1500. The house wasn’t ready after the previous visitors. This was surprising but I think just an oversight and was remedied quite quickly. It did not have much impact on our stay. There was no corkscrew in the kitchen. Also a surprise as it was otherwise well equipped.

Property was clean and modern. Plenty of facilities and parking was a bonus. Hosts were helpful and friendly. 25 minute walk into Durham or plenty of local transport available. Shops and takeaways within 5 minutes away.
Unfortunately could not access any tvs as no aerial and login details provided were not working. No iron or ironing board but this was a mistake as there was meant to be one and it was provided the next day. Providing milk for tea and coffee provided should be standard but not a huge problem.
