"Host has no credibility."

Upon arrival, we called the owner to ask for check in guide. The owner told us to check in at 9pm, while we supposed to be checking in at 3pm. The owner offered to offer full refund and a free stay when he found out his water pipe broken at last minute. But after giving refund we did not get any complimentary stay as he promised, i requested for another time but there was no response at all.
