INMention was made of the washing machine being broken....not an issue for us but the last place in Ipoh was the standard
There were food restrictions not mentioned and the bathrooms need an upgrade . The living room furniture was not upto the mark.... also complementary drinking water was not there...

The room in ground floor doesn't have aircorn. I wasn't aware of it. Next time you should inform the guest. Another thing, you should facilitate towel rack for everyroom. There was one, but can put one towel only. The bathroom heater in the connective room was leaking.
