AUThe house is very clean and tidy. Each room has it's shower which is very convenient for 9 people and two families. Close to city centre and the Riverside Market.
The kitchen utensil is very limited, but not a problem for us because we only stayed a night. It will be good for people staying longer.

NZGreat location in town. Easy to find the building and also find parking nearby. The home is as pictured, cozy and had extra touches to make our stay feel great. The house is very warm.
AUWe all had our own room and bathroom BONUS! Bedrooms a little chilly but comfortable. Location very good. Instructions given by host were specific and easy to follow.
Parking was expensive and not on site (even though there's spots next door we weren't allowed to use). Also, it would have been nice to have more milk available in the fridge. There was nowhere near enough for the 3 of us. It's just nice to have a cuppa after travelling for hours. Bedrooms were cold, heating in the bathroom very welcome.

NZNZBrilliant place. 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Sanitary products, makeup remover and make up pads in each bathroom which is a thoughtful touch. Lots of storage space. Spacious rooms. Walking distance to the city. Parking lots (Wilsons and Central Park) in walking distance. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you Fang.
THNZThe location was great, super close to town so transport was not needed. The facilities inside the home were very useful and the layout of the house was great! We loved the family games that were provided.
In the big bedroom the bed sheets smelt damp so I had to re wash them. The wifi was quite difficult to reach on the opposite side of the house. We think that the TV was far away from the wifi aswell so it was a bit slow to watch netflix etc.
NZperfect location to the town centre being a short 10 minute walk away. perfect accomdation with all 4 rooms having their own bathrooms. comfy beds, spotless clean. tastefully decorated. great host communication. extra touches like Marcella water and makeup removal pads, nice shampoo and conditioner, body wash and body cream, decent hairdryer, coffee machine and pods. highly recommended this property. thank you!
