Dorotea - Cosy Home in the heart of Budapest

location! location! location! it is in a wonderful location - many restaurants and shops around the corner, a mini supermarket right next door, 2-3min walk from tram stops, close to the old town eg the St Stephen Basilica, a few minutes to the bridge where you can cross over to the Buda side. We arrive and moved to our next destination by train and even with two big suitcases it was staightforward and quite quick to reach the apartment (from the metro next to main train station, just 2 metro stops away + under 10min walk) Host is accommodating, and fast in responding. You can feel thay thoughts have been put into managing the apartment. Everything we need were provided, coffee capsules, laundry washing detergent, cutleries, kitchen paper, spare toilet rolls, 2 bottles of water in the fridge etc. We have much earlier requested for the sofa bed to be set up as well and the host has remembered that.

For the two nights we stayed (mid December), the second person who took the shower experienced water that kept becoming colder and colder so had to race through shower. I'd say we both had a very reasonable shower length and not pondering about life in there. We did stayed out late both nights and only showered after midnight. I don't know if it was because there was a fixed time period where hot water is provided and we were too late, or if this is a general situation in Hungary, or if this was a one-off situation and we were unlucky. Besides this minor issue, everything was wonderful and we did still have a very enjoyable stay.

Tutto perfetto, eccezionale. Appartamento veramente carico, caldo, accogliente. In posizione ottima, in centro, , vicina a tutto. Gli Host ci hanno accolto e aiutato in ogni esigenza, fornendoci senza esitazione il check-in anticipato. ESEMPLARI! Grazie

Niente, tutto perfetto.

La posizione della casa è ottima per visitare qualsiasi attrazione della città. La casa è super confortevole, calda e la zona è tranquilla nonostante si trovi nei pressi di una piazza principale.

Non posso che esprimere piena soddisfazione. Tutto è risultato impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. L’unica piccola imprecisione, del tutto trascurabile, riguarda il numero civico dell’edificio: nelle informazioni ricevute si indicava il civico 13, mentre sul palazzo è presente il numero 11. A parte questo dettaglio, davvero irrilevante, tutto è stato perfetto.

Very good location The flat is so cosy, very well equipped. It Was perfect for 4 days with a friend for my birthday. It was clean and well looked after. WiFi was fast and reliable. Hosts were very reactive and the communication was easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend
