Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming Pool #1 is closed from Sun 15 Sept 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025 Swimming Pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Thu 01 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please arrange check in before arrival, as you may need to pay a late in fee after 22.30. Please do not leave the key in the door, it may need a visit from the locksmith and you could be liable for the call out fee. The plants on the terrace are not to be used as ashtrays. A deposit may be required at the property.
