A relaxed stay. Good location. A very pleasant apartment with few rules, so we felt that it was assumed we would respect the property and very well equipped

Difficult getting the ensuite shower to work and the other shower was very small

The swimming pool was open, spacious.items people had left beach stuff, buckets, spades, etc . Handy for the children.

Dirty mattress, dirty pillows which are a health hazard. Cooker faulty. Only top grill works. Only noticed the state of all the bedding when we stripped the beds on leaving. Sand in the draws.

Good communication prior to arrival

We were met by a cleaner who knew nothing about the property. The outside of the property was covered in building materials so there was clearly building work taking place. We were woken every morning (Monday/Friday for the full 2 weeks) at 8am with banging & drilling which we were not informed about. When we contacted host at the start of our holiday they said we could leave & find somewhere else ourselves. Impossible obviously in peak season. On the first night we were locked out at midnight …it took 30 minutes to get into property. When we contacted the host he said he was aware if the faulty lock as it happens frequently although he never got it fixed whilst we were there. There was no safety deposit box as described There was no instructions for anything It wasn’t sound proof as described There were no lilos/balls/toys allowed in the pool

The staff were fantastic, property is great location, great size and facility.

Excellent communication with the host whose friendly rep contacted us when our flight landed and met us when we arrived at the apartment. The location was app 10-12 minutes walk to the beach and similar to the town.

The apartment is located across the busy main A7 which is mostly accessed by a couple of footbridges and is a short distance from Lidl Supermarket up a medium steep hill of approximately 400 mts. However we were aware of this before we booked and it is not a criticism as this is reflected in the cost and is the compromise on price with beachfront! I only mention it if someone less mobile were to book they may need to consider taxis.

The apartment was clean and the area was quiet and pleasant.

We did not have a safety deposit box, although it was stipulated on the website. We did report this to the agent, who said it would be installed during our stay. This did not happen. The bedlinen and pillows could do with renewing. The coffee table in the lounge had a piece of edging tape unstuck ,which was a bit sharp. We had difficulty with the lock on the apartment door. The barrel seemed to spin, making it difficult to insert the key.

The accommodation was perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable, quiet, very well equipped. The host was very kind, he helped us with everything. We had a wonderful time

Excellent host, so friendly and accommodating when we had a late flight home, being able to stay all day in the apartment was fantastic for us as a family of 6
