"Very clean, comfy house near amenities"

The house was clean and beds comfy.All untensils provided and very close to amenities.

I didn't realise i needed an extra £150 deposit incase of any damage. I usually book with booking.com for a quick fix to get away. My fault as I didn't read house rules but 14-17 pages of terms and conditions on top of booking is a bit much. Didn't help when my banking app kept failing when trying to pay the £150 (completely problem on my side). In fairness the customer service of truststay was very good. I have never left a house untidy or damaged but it makes you very wary during the whole process of past damage. I had no issue with return of deposit.

The location is fantastic and near the hospital as i wished. I went there to do my exam and this house really met my expactations

Extended check out is a little bit expansive
