Victorian Guest House 200m from the Seafront

The two owners were lovely and friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat etc. I can recommend Forza -,Italian. Lovely food and about a 10 minute walk. We,stayed in the green room and I’ve never slept in such a comfortable bed. Two amazing nights sleep from a very poor sleeper. Breakfast was self served with fresh bread, butter and jams and a wide variety of cereals. Coffee, tea, water and juice also available. The property is spotlessly clean and absolutely amazing. Couldn’t fault it. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a small bottle of water in the room. Coffee and tea facilities available but no water. Lovely comfortable room, with lovely hosts. Nice patio/garden to sit out in. The weather didn’t allow this for,us but I can imagine it would be lovely in the warmer days / nights. The train station is 10 minutes walk and is direct to Liverpool city centre.

Location was what I wanted and also quiet.

Breakfast very simple but suited me fine. Hosts very amenable in providing for basic breakfast-food sensitivities. Modern elegance with homeliness, quality equipment easy to use. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed, and the bathroom facilities were of a relaxing modern elegant efficiency.

It is truly worth allowing time at this amazing home, in order to enjoy the beautifully renovated Victorian details, in addition to bed, breakfast, and the warm hospitality provided by the host.

It is like a museum.
