Leider kein Privatvermieter sondern ein Vermittler, der auf keinerlei Wünsche oder besondere Anliegen eingeht. Deshalb war der Kühlschrank auch leer und nichts mehr von den Vormietern vorhanden. Informationen kommen erst 24h vorher zum Check-in, keine sonder früher, das ist kleinlich. Lage über einem hässlichen Parkplatz. Kommunikation nur auf das absolut Notwendigste beschränkt. Kein Entgegenkommen, der Wunsch nach einem um 2.5 Stunden späteren checkout wurde ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Der Versuch eine Woche vor dem Check-in eine kulante Stornierung zu bewirken ist auch gescheitert, bei einer versehentlichen Parallelbuchung hätten wir immerhin 50% zurück erhalten. Das "Schlafzimmer" ist eine im Wohnzimmer abgemauerte Kammer ohne Fenster und ohne Klimaanlage , es wird von der Wohnzimmer AC notdürftig mit gekühlt. Wir haben uns entschieden die 4 gebuchten Nächte nicht dort zu verbringen, bei der Parallelbuchung im Tree Top auch in Red hook hat man alles,was man braucht und muss nicht als erstes einkaufen gehen, nachdem man die Unterkunft betreten hat. Für eine Nacht , um vom Hafen abzufahren empfehlenswert, aber nicht für einen längeren Urlaub.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Property was clean and spacious.

The steep hill if you are walking. I laughed at that review when I saw it, but after the 5th time of walking it, I was thinking the same thing. But even with that I would stay here again. It is not a deal breaker, just know if you have mobility issues this wouldn't work for you.

Great location if you’re planning on taking the ferry to St John multiple times. Across the street from the ferry port. Restaurants, groceries, bars in the area.

Not too much to do after discovering the few restaurants and shops in the area. This location is great as a home base to and from St John.

Great location! Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and to grab a taxi. The apartment was spacious, roomy, and had everything we needed.

Great lication..location... central to most of the popular beaches....easy to shop for supplies(food, drinks, and beachy stuff) if thats your thing. So many great places to eat within a 2 minute walk. Surprisingly quiet for being in red hook. Will definitely stay again
