"Disappointing…"

Cozy and clean.

The room was incredibly stuffing and HOT AS HELL. The windows wouldn’t open and the fan was just blowing hot air. Tried to adjust the temp for ac- did not work. Also we tried to ask the staff questions via phone and text, with no follow up. We paid too much to not sleep or have queries answered. Would not book again.
