"Terrible experience when we needed and wanted a relaxing and comfortable stay!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!"

Not clean, not well-maintained, we were there for 5 days and had maintenance personnel in the unit 3 of the 5 days and no A/C for 1/2 a day as they wouldn't wait until we left. Mold and mildew in kitchen, laundry, A/C, bedrooms!! Old building with lots of issues but advertised as amazing. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. AVOID Serene Townhome Near Moffitt, USF, etc.!!!

Everything is there, there is even coffee and other cooking supplies. Quiet. 10 minutes from Busch Gardens.
