Smell of smoke from downstairs, noise, set temperatures- got too hot

Central Location, spacious apartment

It was a little noisy late at night with a bar below so take your ear plugs!

The facilities to get the restaurants and shops at Citta Alta , Beds was comfortable .

I don’t like the smell in the entrance hall is horrible and very strong , my son can fell in the sitting room where he was sleeping, The sitting room is not appropriate for any one sleep by the fact every time someone arrived and go up we can see the shade and hear , also too brightness come from the kitchen the whole night where has no curtains … The bathroom is absolutely 1 star , was dirty , has marks of old dirty , the shower leaking if you not mange to found a specific position to hang up the shower to the top of the roof. I don’t like the treatment the vickis company offered to me when I ask her to stay 3 more hours happy to pay what she asked , by the new circumstances I had explained to her , she’s threatened me calling the police , if I don’t leave at 10am , despite I explained my son couldn’t sleep by the smell come from outside from the hall way and the truck start to work just under the our window .

The check in was only after 3 pm and the host asked eventually for more money to check in before although the rate was already very expensive especially if compared with the value of the apartment

The location was amazing. It was very central and right next to the funicolor. Could easily explore Citta Alta and easy access to the bus service. Well air-conditioned as we were facing 37C heats. Room sizes were great and having a washing machine was fantastic. The owner is super responsive and helpful!

We had 4 people, and as it had 3 beds we were sleeping 2, 1, 1. However there was no linen for the sofa bed. After reaching out the owner explained that usually this was the set up for 5 people. So just reach out ahead if this is what you need. The owner is great at getting back to you!

Everything was perfect! Clean and spacious. The location excellent. Highly recommended!!
