Albatros Deluxe 15-6 Apartment Levante Beach

El apartamento esta reformado recientemente y esta muy bien.

Llegamos una hora antes a hacer el chek in, tal como avanzamos por correo y nos dijeron que harían lo posible por tener preparado el apartamento. No solo no hicieron nada por tenerlo, sino que además paso la hora establecida y todavía no estaba preparado.

Faltaban cuatro detalles,algún colgador por el apartamento,un escurridor para los platos ,las almohadas eran muy duras ..

Muy cerca de la playa, muy bonito y nuevo todo .

El dormitorio principal un poco justo,por lo demás increíble.muybonito.

Las vistas, el detalle de bienvenida, el aire acondicionado, la limpieza

El ascensor se averió dos noches seguidas , nos tocó subir andando 15 plantas, estuvimos sin agua y otra noche, sin luz por casi una hora El microondas fallaba cada dos por tres, el colchón de la habitación principal muy mal , es de los que no tienen muelles y se hunde creando el efecto barco. Las puertas de la mampara de ducha desajustadas, el difusor grande fijo de la ducha con fugas de agua. La puerta de la habitación principal le vendría bien un pestillo, para tener algo de intimidad Un buen mantenimiento no le vendría mal al apartamento en general

Todo, realmente pasamos 7 dias fabulosos. Excelente todo.

Pocos utensilios en la cocina.

The property is quite modern and recently renovated by the looks of it, in a very good location. It was quite small but perfect for us for 3 nights. Good value

The mattress on the sofa bed was pretty disgusting with marks/stains and hair all over it. The WiFi details they provided was non existent. There was no wifi that linked to what they told me. But the worst thing about this is the customer service and communication. The communication was awful, they always take multiple days to reply to very simple questions and then respond with very poor broken English that made little sense and a lot of the time didn’t even address my issues. I had to reach out to booking.com to get them to respond on 1 occasion. For this reason, I would avoid this property. Has potential but a lot of improvements needed.

Nice and modern apartment with beautiful view of the sea. Great location.

Beds were rather uncomfortable too soft for us.
