AQUARIUS APARTMENT - SEA VIEW - SLEEPS SEVEN

The bedroom is nice, upon arrival there was shit in the toilet, no hot water and no Internet. The black bits around the bathroom need to be sorted out that only cost £5.

Big clean and well prepared for our stay. Staff was lovely and quick at replying back to Me.

Windows where filthy and could hardly see out them, massive draft comes in through front bedroom. There was a cigarette sitting on top of the livingroom heater when we came in. The 2 sofas were absolutely filthy with stains and marks we wouldn’t even let the kids in there due to the uncleanliness. The carpet was thick with dust and can feel where spillages have been and not cleaned. The bedside tables were thick with dust and had pubic hair on one. The glasses in kitchen were filthy and had to wash them. Cupboards have greasy filthy marks. My cousin cut his toe open off of something in the bath while showering. Really really unhappy how dirty the place is especially having young kids here and couldn’t even use the living room area.

The beds were really comfortable. Towels were available if we needed them. Toilet roll available ready to use. The apartment is spacies. The key was in a key, safe, ready. The sea view was nice once you got past everything else. Easy to find. Close to the beach and other local attractions. Tvs and netflix in all the rooms.

The kitchen cupboard came off as soon as I opened it. It was just balanced on. I didn't look at anything else in the kitchen then. Too worried it would fall apart. I didn't like that I couldn't just turn the heating on for an hour to warm up. The backyard is an eye sore. It looks like weed has been grown in the apartment below previously. Drug deals going on right outside. Lads on bikes with balaclavas on. Prostitute giving a male a bj in a car whilst walking to the door with the children. Also, brothel with red light on right in view. There is not enough cutlery for 7 people. If i booked the day before, it would have been £50 cheaper. The sofa bed in living room i did not even attempt to make that. Just slept on it as it was. Looks broken. Deep clean or replacement of the carpets with vinyl for easy clean would be better than a dirty carpet

Was dirty and not well maintained. It was very cold. We made contact several times with the property manager/ owner who told us firstly the heating was on. We then made contact again as the heating was not to be told the heating had been put on in a different place. On the 3rd contact we we told to us the thermostat to get the heating on that also did not work! There was no hot water. We had to clean all dishes and cutlery before using any of them. The sofa bed is a bio hazard. It is full of stains and falling to pieces. The bedding for the sofa bed is full of stains and absolutely gross. The window in the main biggest bed room is broken the weather was awful for our stay and due to this made the bedroom even colder than it already was as the wind blew in that hard the curtains and blinds where unable to be closed. The noise from the window and cold room meant the children were unable to stay in the room. All 6 of us including the children slept fully clothed and in coat as there was no other accommodation we could book to leave and was unable to drive home. This has to be the worst place we have ever stayed in and would not recommend it

Location was good. Car park was opposite the apartment Bedrooms were clean Kitchen and bathroom ok Cleaner was lovely and tried to do the best she could.

Sitting area sofa and pullout sofa bed was full of stains and was wet. The cushions were also covered in stains. There was no hot water only cold. Boiler had no pressure.

There wasn't nothing to like

The property was dirty and unclean the cupboards in the kitchen was broken the sofa bed had blood stains on it the bed had cannabis in were my children was suposed to be staying the owner of the property was very rude when he was rang about the problems so we ended up leaving the property and asked for are money back and had to pay £140 taxi back home after paying for the stay and train tickets and bringing my children
