Disgusting place, came with family including children & was kept up all night by the builders til silly hours in the morning, whole place stunk of weed, reception couldn’t even send me my children’s coats back after promising, avoid this stay, absolute shit hole.

It was nice and clearer my family and I enjoyed it

Everything was closer the shops sea and everything else

Great location , car park right across the road , beds really comfy

Reported a few issues , was told someone would fix and didn't, spkke to out of hours and they said would pass on , bit again didn't hear anything, have complained to booking.com and didn't hear anything back so they have offered some money back for the stay , photos on site must be older as didn't look exactly like pictures. Stains on couch in living room , cold water in shower, lights kept going off in the living room , kitchen not 100% clean , cutlery missing, supposed to sleep 7 so should be 7 sets , but only 2 forks . Wouldn't stay here again , my little one was crawling about , carpet bars had the screws raised in them so had to put a towel across this .

Netflix and comfortable beds nice furniture.. Could have been really nice if cleaned up.

The place really needs a very good clean and paint. Food n pringles packets left behind the main sofa. Walls very dirty , utensil area looked mouldy. No blind up in bathroom. No batteries in remote control in room.
