La struttura era molto pulita. La signora che ha contattato via whatsapp è stata molto gentile e cordiale. Il parcheggio in convenzione top.

Arrivati in struttura, abbiamo trovato un’ottima pulizia dei servizi igienici, oltre che una buona riuscita generale della stessa. La signora che mi ha contattata via whatsapp è stata di una gentilezza e cordialità assurda. Ci siamo rivolti al parcheggio in convenzione trovandoci molto bene. Super consigliato.

I've traveled to over a dozen countries including France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, Croatia, and Finland. This is definitely the worst accommodation I’ve ever encountered, and the reason lies entirely in the host's beyond unreasonable service and utterly irresponsible behavior toward guests. I booked this room for four nights. After checking in around 9:00 PM on the first night, I discovered the shower had no running water—only a slow drip—making it completely unusable for bathing. When I contacted the host, he scolded me as "crazy" without even listening to my concerns, insisting I shouldn’t have called him. Later, I communicated via email with another staff, who simply claimed it was a "water pressure issue" and then stopped responding entirely. The next day, I reached a different manager by phone, who promised to send a technician to fix it. But when I returned that evening, the shower remained unusable for bathing. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by email and phone for a solution, they ignored every message and call from then on. We were forced to endure being unable to shower in the Italian summer for two night while exploring outdoors all day. In this case, we had to move out of the house on the last two nights. Even more impolitely, the host refuses to refund the excess rent we paid. In short, there is very irresponsible service here, if you don't want to have a similar experience to mine, please definitely avoid this house.

We loved the location! It’s walking distance from the port, so if you want to explore La costiera Amalfitana, this is a good option for you. It’s also a 10 minute walk from the train station. We also found several restaurants nearby and the staff recommended a couple that were really good!

The beds were a bit stiff. Also, the warm water lasted maybe only a couple of minutes. If you don’t mind that, I still would recommend this place.

L'edificio, il cortile e l'entrata del palazzo. Il pseudo giardino super trascurato e sporco, nessuna targa o indicazioni del Relais, abbiamo dovuto chiede ad un passante , molto cortese, visto il posto abbiamo pensato d'aver preso una cantonata! I servizi molto basici, wifi inesistente. In uso un bollitore senza tazze/bicchiere, il televisore con canali da programmare...che dire... Peccato basterebbero pochi dettagli per rendere il tutto funzionale e fruibile.

We payed for 3 nights , but in the first night we could not arrive. They did not offer us the code just the next day around 11 because they wanted to use the room. I gave more than 5 phones for it.
