Beautiful caravan in Trecco Bay! 74 sycomore

The location itself, Trecco bay holiday park was nice we have visited numerous times and always had a pleasant stay, however I can’t say the same for the caravan.

The caravan was filthy. The microwave had greasy finger marks and smears all on the outside, there was a used pregnancy test on the bedside table in the room my 11 year old daughter was sleeping in, crisps and sweet packets all under the beds, the flush on the toilet was broken, the other toilet door didn’t open from the inside even when locked wich I discovered when I was in the caravan alone and had to ring my daughter to come and let me out after 20 minutes. The place was infested with ants, there wasn’t enough forks for the amount of people the caravan was advertised for the fridge was dirty inside and the bedding was filthy im unsure if the caravan was even cleaned before we entered.

The caravan was the worst of the lot ruined the holiday soon as we arrived we had to clean the whole caravan top to bottom it was filthy and disgusting everyone was in a mood,phoned the owner took photos and video owner Apologised and said she would refund us the cleaners money due to it not been done and she completely lied never received anything the owner was a disgrace

The whole static was lovely more than what I expected and lovely lay out throughout the caravan

Balcony Comfort Location

Soaking cushions on balcony Freezer full of dirty ice Dirty oven Fault y boiler no hot water unable to shower at all . Had to boil the kettle to wash . No heating Took2 days for a response from owner, to have the boiler seen too , when the gas engineer did come (very politely said I only had this message 30 minutes ago ) unable to fix . Part needed took a few days

The caravan is in a good location plus very quite

The caravan itself is really nice but there was a lot of problems, the bathroom door wouldn’t open from the inside, when I arrived it didn’t look like it was cleaned, there was crumbs all over floor in the kitchen, living room, hallway and bedrooms, I found used and stained beddings in a wardrobe, the cupboards was very dirty in and out, the whole outside of the fridge was dirty and the freezer was also very dirty, the counters in the kitchen wasn’t clean either when we arrived, it is a lovely caravan but it didn’t look like anyone cleaned it
