Walk to it All in Downtown, Double King Beds

The toilet in one of the bathrooms overflowed in the middle of the night. I contacted the host who arranged for a plumber to come fix it in the morning. Meanwhile, we were faced with cleaning up the mess, with little to no supplies. This took us 1 1/2- 2 hours. The plumber came the next morning and we gave him a summary of what happened. He found roots in the plumbing system, which was causing the back up in the toilet. I realize that things happen that are not always under control. I just would have appreciated a call back to check on how we were doing and to thank us for cleaning up the place and dealing with the plumber.

Location, confortable beds

The property was very nice and clean. In a great location.

We had issues with one of the toilets in one of the bathrooms and I emailed them but it never got fixed. We also had issues with getting wash clothes to bathe with.

This has a great layout with two king size bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, kitchen/dining area and living room downstairs. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water and water pressure for a long shower.You can walk everwhere, from the river front to all the squares, restaurants and shopping. We began with a tour with Savannah Bikes throughout the historic district. After that, we knew our way around the city and had a great list of restaurants and things to see. Their electric bikes are super nice! The rental was very clean. Parking is on the street and usually easy to find. You do have to park around the corner or across the street one night for street cleaning. We mostly walked everywhere except the day we drove to Tybee Island. Beautiful and fun area to explore, only 25 min from Savannah.

The location was perfect. Close to all the sites. Within walking distance to everything we were interested in checking out.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. We had to park on the opposite side of the street one evening for street sweeping, but that's nothing that could be controlled.

This was a great location, about a 15-20 minute walk to all parts of Savannah. We felt very safe even walking back at night. Coffee bar had everything you needed.

Even though the owner got back immediately we did have some issues with a window shade that couldn’t be fixed that week. Some items were empty like the hand soap.

The 4 digit pin received in the email did not work. However, the host instantly answered the phone and gave the correct pin to enable entry into the property.
