Jason, the host was fantastic he was very quick to responding to any questions that I had, and the villa is located in a beautiful part of Sedona. 10/10 would absolutely stay again. Hotub is a nice added feature after a long day of hiking!

"Hot tub and location I’d definitely stay again."

Location was outstanding and host was responsive

No propane at bbq, we had to climb a flight of stairs to access spare and install on unit. I’m 54 and a full tank is heavy on a flight of stairs.

Love the area, nice and quiet with beautiful surroundings. Jacuzzi is definitely a plus 😁

It’s at the bottom level, you can hear upstairs pretty good when they are moving around

I had a hotel booked for Sunday night in Sedona but was able to sneak out early Saturday, so this was a last-minute reservation. What a spectacular find. I will definitely plan my next trip to Sedona around the availability of this villa! 11 out of 10. 6 out of 5. 3 thumbs up !!!
