C4 Cactus Holiday Homes - Puerto del Rosario

La struttura è a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto. La posizione centrale ti permette di visitare tutta l’isola con comodità. Il parcheggio lo puoi trovare facilmente per strada. La struttura è dotata di asciugamani, lenzuola, tv , Wi-Fi, lavastoviglie e lavatrice; ottimo per chi non ama portare troppa roba dietro. Dovreste migliorare più i dettagli perché l’appartamento di per sé è comodo.

La pulizia andrebbe curata di più, abbiamo trovato le stoviglie sporche e le asciugami con macchie marroni, che abbiamo subito lavato. La porte si chiudono con molta fatica e soprattutto facendo molto rumore. I vicini come avevo già letto dalle recensioni, sono molto rumorosi. La doccia non sembrava molto pulita e dove si mettono le asciugamani era rotto. In cucina sulla sinistra c’è una presa di corrente rotta, non appena abbiamo messo il telefono a caricare è saltato il salvavita (per fortuna).

I had an ok stay. It was easy to find the property and I received detailed instructions about self check-in. Apartment is just like in the pictures. Puerto del Rosario is a fairly small town so albeit the location was not really “central”, everything was within short walk (beach, promenade, shopping mall, bus station, port), and it felt very safe to walk around. The street was quiet, there was just some normal noise from the neighbors; bedroom only faced the inner yard, not outside street.

Coffee maker was not working and one socket at the kitchen counter was in the need of repair. I did find it unusuall that acc. to house manual, I was to dispose of the trash (but public bins were only a couple of meters away). The listing states that no toilettries were to be provided so I was prepared, but it seems not so usual to not provide so little as shower gel.

L'appartement n'est pas très loin du centre, 10min à pied L'appartement est spacieux et a 2 chambres . Les serviettes de bains sont fournies.

L'appartement manque de vie, il est très froid et manque de petits détails qui simplifient la vie (miroir, porte serviette dans la sdb,...) La salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement (trou au plafond, joint jaunes et sales) Les matelas de la chambre principale ne sont pas confortables et de qualité médiocre. La housse du canapé était dans un très mauvais état, pleine de taches et sale, elle mériterait d'être changée.

Location, 2 separate bedrooms. Our host was bery responsive and our stay was great overall. We will be back for sure 😊
