"ホテルより安く使いやすい"

ハウスダストアレルギーがあるのですがアレルギー症状も出なかったので、綺麗に掃除されているのだと思いました。駅やコンビニも近く、とても便利でした。ゲームもあったので子連れにはとても良かったです。宿泊施設周辺も電車の音はしますが、それ以外の騒音はなく、危ない運転をするような車もなく、治安も良かったように思います。今回泊まった時は1階が24時間の下着販売店（女性のみ？）だったので、下着を忘れた場合や足りない場合は購入できそうでした。

浴室に前の宿泊者？の髪の毛が落ちていたのは不快でした。担当者の方とのやり取りで、たまに英語で返ってくるのは自分で訳したりしないといけなかったので手間だったのと、地上波のテレビも映れば便利なのにと思いました。

"Excellent"

コスパが良い 寝室が2つありリビングが離れていた。 寝具が多い。 床がきれいだった。 家電が充実していた。

排水口の臭いが部屋中に充満していた。 バスタオルの柔軟剤の臭いが強い。

オーナー様の予約時などの質問の対応もしっかりしてくれたので、安心して泊まれました。 お部屋も綺麗にされていて良かったです。ベッドもたくさんあったので家族や友達と大人数の時は広々使えていいと思います。 駐車場もアルファードでしたが問題なく停めれました。 駅も歩いてすぐの所にあり、価格重視の人はいい物件だと思います。

中心部まで少し距離があるので地下鉄などの乗り替えがわからなかったり、面倒な方にはおすすめしません。
