Casa de la Playa in the Old Town of Benidorm

Very nice apartment and clean. Everything on door step not far from shops restaurants and lush sea front. Just 5 minutes from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. I would like to book again in the future

El apartamento está situado en la mejor zona, a un minuto de la playa y a un minuto de toda la zona de bares y tiendas.

Al estar en el centro hay bastante ruido por la noche pero a mí me compensó todo lo positivo.

Convenient location for accessing everywhere but not the prettiest street & could be noisy. However - it’s to be expected in a central location & the apartment itself is newly refurbed, very clean & comfortable. Small but with everything you need so the orders have put thought in to what they’ve done. Also - the little touches like shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, washing up liquid, tea bags etc are very much appreciated. For the price & location the positives out weigh the negatives (that are not in the owners control anyway!)

Smell of sewer in internal stairwell & could be noisy. Not the prettiest street but 2 mins from the beach!

Excellent communication from the owner Apartment was right in the heart of everything within a short walk . Everything you require is in the apartment, small but big enough for a family of 3 Very clean

We personally found the double bed small and very hard , but this was more personal preference! My husband is tall and his feet hung off the bed .
